ANKA ŠTULAR

Multidisciplinary freelance designer, but always in close project collaboration with other creators. You could say that she has been working in different collectives all her life, but these are ephemeral and connected to concrete projects. She is convinced that a well-designed  product is the one that enables a clear and non-aggressive message. It should encourage communication with the users, who should not be just passive consumers in an environment  of increasingly present visual appeals. So the question of good or bad design is not just a question of graphic composition, but to a large extent also the effects of the product within the cultural environment.

TANJA ZORN GRŽELJ

A designer dedicated to textiles. Her work in the field of fashion design is extremely creative and innovative. When designing various items she is guided by the knowledge of traditional hand-crafting techniques and their creative use. Her exploration of the usefulness of various textile materials and handwork in the contemporary context is very valuable. Hers is a recognizable originality, attention to detail and combining design approaches, manual  skills, unique craftsmanship and the logic of industrial design. She has been creating  women's collections under her own brand since 1995.
