Dispatch and delivery

We will dispatch your order within two working days of receiving it. If there is a situation where we cannot dispatch your order within the specified time, we will notify you by email. For delivery within Slovenia, your order will be delivered within 1-3 working days. For delivery to other countries, the time frame is 2-10 working days. The estimated delivery time is only an estimate of the transit time, which may occasionally be extended due to certain external factors.
